Costs
The cost of both domestic and international shipping is calculated based on variables such as weight, volume, the route, etc. and following the rates established logistics operator with the transport, in our case and MRW FEDEX.
All shipments are made freight due.

For shipments to customers in countries outside the European Union, customer will be responsible for these taxes and tariffs arising from the importation of various articles.
All shipments are insured and in case of loss of goods, the customer has no responsibility, and therefore will be refunded the full amount paid.
Payments
Payments are made through bank transfer. You have the possibility of paying the amount directly in our shop at Calle Ayala n º 46, 28001, Madrid.
Once we check payment is in our account, we inmediately proceed the shipment process.
Delivery
Delivery times for spanish national territory are 24/48 hours, although most deliveries are made in 24 hours.
International shipments to Europe, delivery time is 72 hours. For other continents, consult with specialized agencies
MRW and FedEx.
In all the shipments we deliver to customers via mail, sms or phone call, the shipment-Identification-Number of transmission used internally
by the courier company.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if the goods do not match the description of the product that appears on our
website.
So please be sure of what you are buying.
When a product is in a state as "new" means it is brand new,
with manufacturer warranty in white.
When a product is in "very good" means that the clock is in perfect condition and it is a "used clock",
ie a "second-hand" clock , in almost all cases with box, papers, and "practically new".
